#01: Please note that there is no choosing of gift cards and wrapping paper from the customer.
#02: All package prices are exclusive of postage. For package delivery, we'll usually recommend registered mail, and Blue Lagoon would like to remind all customers that we will not be responsible for any missing or lost package.
#03: Blue Lagoon will be willing to do any necessary customization to the packaging to cater to the customer's wishes, but charges will be charged to a case-by-case basis.

A: There will be an order form available at the end of every product page. Simply copy and paste it into your email and fill in the necessary details, listing the subject as 'Purchase of [Product Name]', and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
